Welcome to Basefun AI Trading. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and tools. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Basefun AI Trading ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Service Description

Basefun AI Trading provides:

• AI-powered cryptocurrency trading tools and automated trading bots.
• Token swap functionality via decentralized exchange protocols.
• Portfolio tracking and market data visualization.
• Wallet management tools for Solana and Base networks.
• Community features including points system and article generation.

The Platform acts as a tool and interface — we do not custody your funds, execute trades on centralized exchanges, or guarantee any trading outcomes.

3. Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your investment.
• Smart Contract Risk: Interactions with decentralized protocols carry risks including but not limited to smart contract bugs, exploits, and rug pulls.
• No Guarantee: Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our AI tools provide analysis, not financial advice.
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change.
• Technical Risk: Network congestion, RPC failures, and other technical issues may affect trade execution.

The Platform does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials and private keys.
• Back up your wallet data regularly using our cloud backup or manual export features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.
• Not attempt to manipulate markets, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse the Platform.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse Platform resources (beyond our provided trading bot features).
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
• Interfering with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional features.
• Impersonating other users or Basefun staff.
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or malicious content through the Platform.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription plans provide access to premium features as described on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed in SOL cryptocurrency or through approved payment methods.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.
• Free tier users have access to basic features with usage limitations.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Basefun.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Platform without written permission.
• User-generated content (articles, configurations) remains the property of the respective users.
• Our brand assets are available for authorized use under the terms specified on our Brand Assets page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
• We are not responsible for failures of third-party services, blockchain networks, or decentralized protocols.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, but on-chain data remains on the blockchain.
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
